A public hearing for the proposed 75 South Data Center Campus in Spalding County, Georgia, has been delayed until April 28. Developer Industrial VI Enterprises withdrew its application to comply with newly identified zoning requirements related to an overlay district. The project involves rezoning 292 acres for seven data center buildings.
