By accessing or using the Data Center Signal website at datacentersignal.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Data Center Signal LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

Data Center Signal is a monitoring and aggregation tool for data center regulatory activity in the United States. The Service aggregates information from public sources including government records, news outlets, and public meeting minutes. Content on the Service is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Accounts & Pro Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $14/mo or annually at $140/yr, processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or access the Service via automated means without our prior written permission
• Redistribute or resell content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

Content on the Service is aggregated from public sources and may be summarized using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Intellectual Property

The site design, branding, methodology, and original analysis produced by Data Center Signal LLC are our intellectual property. Aggregated content — including articles, documents, and other materials sourced from third parties — belongs to their respective original publishers. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Termination
