Planning commission hearing on 4th data center is Tuesday evening

LBM Associates and Industrial VI Enterprises LLC are proposing the 75 South Data Center Campus on 292.41 acres in Spalding County, Georgia. The project, estimated at $6 billion, requires rezoning and multiple variances due to wetlands, and is currently undergoing a public hearing where opponents and proponents will voice their concerns. The campus is projected to use 450MW of power and 30,000 gallons of water daily.
