Rio Vista City Manager expresses California Forever concerns

Rio Vista City Manager Kristina Miller has raised concerns that the California Forever 'Suisun Expansion Specific Plan' could allow for the development of the nation's largest data center, alleging that current zoning designations would permit data centers by right across much of the plan's area. California Forever disputes these claims, stating their plan is for housing and manufacturing jobs and will include power and water consumption limits incompatible with data centers. The company also criticized Miller for attempting to damage the legitimate exploration process.
