Taunton Data Center Moratorium Threatens Developer Deal
Taunton officials are considering a 365-day moratorium on new data centers while the city reviews zoning, infrastructure, electricity and environmental impacts. VMD Industrial III says the proposed freeze could jeopardize a pending deal with a confidential technology tenant for its 50 John Hancock Road property.
