Meeting Confirms Plans for Second Major Brookwood Data Center

A second major data center project, led by Project Brookwood LLC and Youngwoo & Associates, is being planned in Brookwood, Alabama. The Brookwood City Planning and Zoning Commission recommended annexing and rezoning 374 acres for the development. This project is separate from a previously revealed Applied Digital data center, and the recommendation now heads to the Brookwood City Council for a final vote on September 15.
