Two Projects: An arena, a data center or maybe both on NFR's land?$

The City of Niagara Falls and Niagara Falls Redevelopment are in court-ordered mediation to resolve long-standing land disputes and a series of lawsuits. This mediation could enable a "two-project solution" allowing an arena project and NFR's proposed $1.5 billion data center campus to move forward. The goal is to settle all disputes over 140 acres of NFR's land.
