Property owners sue over control of West Palm Beach AI data center site
A lawsuit has been filed between two property owners, WPBF Logistics and PBA Holdings, over a 202-acre site in West Palm Beach designated for the controversial Project Tango AI data center. WPBF Logistics seeks to stop PBA Holdings' master plan application before upcoming county commission zoning hearings and votes, alleging delays and increased scrutiny due to the project.
