Chesterfield board upholds denial of Bermuda District data center

Chesterfield's Board of Zoning Appeals upheld a planning director's denial of a proposed data center in the Bermuda District. The property owner, Washington Single Family Fund, appealed the decision, but the board refused to acknowledge it, citing a new ordinance and lack of vested rights. The project could still proceed by going before the Board of Supervisors.
