Texas AG Targets Data Center Developments Over Water Use Reporting

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sent letters to 156 data center developments requiring updated and accurate water-use information. The letters are part of an ongoing investigation into facilities across 32 Texas counties that may not have responded to a Texas Water Development Board survey.
