Genesee County code enforcement for STAMP shifts to Town of Alabama

The Town of Batavia is ending its code enforcement agreement with the Town of Alabama, effective September 16, due to an increased workload within Batavia. This shift means the Town of Alabama will now handle code enforcement for the STAMP site, where a proposed 500-megawatt data center by STREAM (U.S. Data Center) is being considered.
