A neighborhood organization and property owners in Indianapolis have filed a lawsuit to reverse a government decision that approved a $4 billion data center project by Sabey Data Centers. The suit alleges violations of due process and conflicts with the area's planned use, despite the Metropolitan Development Commission's prior approval. Concerns about health and safety were also reiterated.
