Towns at Naper Commons project proposed at failed data center site

Pulte Home Company is proposing 262 townhomes at 1960 Lucent Lane in Naperville, a site where a data center proposal was rejected after public criticism. The Naperville Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the housing project, including a rezoning from ORI to R2, but the City Council still must make the final decision.
