Aqua Water Supply Corp. approves service for Pacifico Energy data center in Cedar Creek

Aqua Water Supply Corp.'s board approved large-volume water service for Pacifico Energy Development LLC's proposed 2,842-acre data center and power development in Cedar Creek, Texas. This approval moves the project closer to a formal water service agreement. Pacifico has until November 30 to pay a legal deposit and until February 28 to finalize the agreement.
