New $2.2B Cedar Creek data center project, abatements under review

Pacifico Cedar Creek LLC has proposed a new $2.2 billion data center and natural gas-fired power facility spanning 2,842 acres in Cedar Creek, Texas. The project, which could begin operating by 2028, is currently under review for tax abatements. Pacifico filed an application with the Texas Comptroller to enter a 10-year agreement with Bastrop ISD.
