Neighbors push back on Hanover data center developer over noise near Humane Society

Hanover County residents and Humane Society representatives are pushing back against data center developer Opidan over construction noise, truck traffic and potential impacts on nearby dogs and a trail. Opidan said it is considering measures including a taller fence or sound barrier and plans to meet with the Humane Society, but neighbors said a six-foot fence would not be sufficient.
