Environmental cleanup efforts at the former Tonawanda Coke site are nearing completion after six years, despite being over budget and behind schedule. The remediated 86.5-acre property, now called Riverview Innovation & Technology Campus, is expected to be ready for redevelopment by next fall, potentially hosting a $2 billion data center.
