West Hazleton holds public hearing for zoning amendment

The West Hazleton Borough Council held a public hearing for a proposed zoning ordinance to accommodate data centers. The amendment would allow data centers in M2 heavy industrial zones, with a developer proposing an M1 light industrial zone option. A vote on the amendment is expected in April.
