Nye County residents get chance to weigh in on proposed data center campus

Nye County leaders are holding a town hall to discuss the proposed Manse Technology Group data center campus in Pahrump, which aims to be a 900-acre, $18.4 billion development. The county currently has a moratorium on new data centers while stricter regulations are developed, and residents have recently protested against data center growth in the area. An ordinance to ban these facilities in Pahrump was recently considered but did not move forward.
