Data center power developer acquires options to buy land south of Hershey

A data center power developer, Limitless North Platte LLC, has acquired year-long options to purchase 1,280 acres of pastureland in Lincoln County, Nebraska, south of Hershey. This land is intended for significant electrical infrastructure to support large data centers. The acquisition is part of a growing trend of data center-related land options in the region, with another developer, Arevia Power, also acquiring land options near Lincoln.
