Subdivision may be built on site of rejected Naperville data center

Following the rejection of Karis Critical's data center proposal, property owner Franklin 1960 Lucent Lane LLC is now proposing a 262-unit townhouse/rowhouse development for the same Naperville site. The developer is seeking to rezone the 35-acre parcel from office/research/light industry to medium-density multifamily use.
