'Data centers are coming': Another data center proposal takes shape in Hanover

Hanover County is considering a third data center proposal, known as the Harris Farms Data Center, in the South Anna District. The project is in the pre-application stage but is already facing pushback from residents concerned about quality of life and water usage, particularly given another large data center project, the Mountain Road Tech Park, is also underway nearby.
