Southern Environmental Law Center offers pro bono work on data center lawsuit in Hawkins County

The Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC) has offered pro bono legal assistance to the Hawkins County government in Tennessee. This comes after ExoticRidge Crypto Company LLC filed a lawsuit against the county, challenging its "sweeping ban on data centers." The Hawkins County Commission will vote on accepting SELC's offer next month.
