Companies tied to Charles DeNaples and Sansone Group have applied to build 16 data centers in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. These applications come amidst a contentious zoning dispute where the Olyphant Borough Council initially passed, then rejected, a data center zoning ordinance, and is now pursuing a curative amendment.
