Data Centers are the topic of a legislative committee meeting this afternoon in Salem

The Oregon House Interim Committee on Climate, Energy, and Environment is holding an informational meeting on data centers in Oregon. Industry members including Amazon Web Services are testifying, alongside officials from various state agencies. Umatilla County Commissioner Dan Dorran, appointed to the state's data center workgroup, is also attending.
