State fines Vineland data center $1.07M for operating 62 generators without permits$
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has fined the DataOne data center in Vineland $1.07 million for operating 62 natural-gas generators without required permits. Additionally, a lawsuit has been filed against DataOne USA LLC in Cumberland County Superior Court, alleging excessive noise pollution from its operations.
