Deal between LEDA and data center company CORVA discovered

The Lubbock Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) approved a purchase and sale agreement with CORVA Infrastructure Services, an AI data center developer. This project, a relatively small 50,000 square foot data center, will utilize 27 megawatts of power and 1500 gallons of water daily. It did not require a City Council vote as it complies with existing code requirements.
