DeNaples, Core5 revive request for warehousing on Throop environmental land

Theta Land Corp. and Core5 Industrial Partners have submitted a new application seeking a 787-acre warehouse and distribution overlay district in Throop’s environmental conservation zone. Residents opposed the proposal at a Planning Commission meeting, citing impacts to conservation land, traffic, infrastructure and watersheds; the request still requires a public hearing and Borough Council approval.
