Fayetteville data center project halted as developers withdraw appeal

Developers Crow Holdings and CHI Acquisitions have withdrawn their appeal for a proposed 300,000-square-foot data center on Highway 85 in Fayetteville, Georgia, effectively halting the project. The withdrawal came after the Fayetteville Planning & Zoning Commission denied the initial site plan. The item is expected to be removed from the city council's upcoming agenda.
