City of Industry Golf Course Could Trade Nine Holes for a Data Center
Ramus Development and Birtcher Development are proposing a 99-megawatt data center on 18 acres of the California Country Club in City of Industry, alongside a reconfigured nine-hole golf course. The project is in the permitting and environmental review process, with developers highlighting reduced water use, energy-efficient systems and new jobs.
