QYK Brands LLC, a subsidiary of BaRuPon LLC, is seeking a temporary concrete batch plant air quality permit for a 7-acre data center project in Raywood, Liberty County, Texas. A public meeting was held by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where residents raised concerns about both the concrete plant and the overall data center development.
