Colovore files permit for $430 million data center in Alliance area of Fort Worth

Colovore filed a permit for a $430 million data center in Fort Worth, Texas, despite a recent order from Gov. Greg Abbott for state environmental regulators to pause new data center permits. Concurrently, the Fort Worth City Council is in the early stages of implementing a 90-day moratorium on new data center applications. The project, named DFW02, is estimated to begin construction in December 2026.
