Pittsburg, Kansas has been home to a data center since January. Pittsburg City Manager Kenny Forman addressed public concerns regarding potential water pollution and noise, explaining that the facility uses air-cooling and is not located near residential areas. While there were previous discussions about expanding the 10-megawatt facility, no immediate expansion plans are currently in place.
