Kingsland tree farms may sprout data center

A Florida businessman is seeking to rezone nearly 700 acres in Camden County, Georgia, for an industrial park, which would include data centers. The land, owned by V V Farm Inc. and Sapling Farms LLC, is partially within Kingsland city limits, with additional acreage sought for annexation. The rezoning application is on the agenda for Kingsland's Planning and Zoning Board's May 4 meeting.
