$60M offer: Data center developer to buy 120 acres, warehouse space in Yadkin County$

Yarn maker Unifi has agreed to sell 120 acres of land and 500,000 square feet of warehouse space in Yadkin County to Enovum Data Centers for $60 million. This developer previously acquired a former Unifi plant in Rockingham County. The acquisition signifies a new data center development.
