Court allows construction company to argue for data center

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled to allow Trenton Data Center Campus LLC to intervene in a lawsuit challenging its data center project in Trenton. Opponents of the project launched a petition drive to amend the city charter to ban large data centers. The developer has already invested $38 million in the approved project.
