The Coalition for Responsible Data Center Development in Farmington, MN, has withdrawn its lawsuit against the city, school district, and Tract Land Development due to high litigation costs. However, Castle Rock Township's companion lawsuit challenging an orderly annexation agreement violation continues, and an injunction has already halted the proposed $5 billion data center project in Farmington. Despite the withdrawal, the Coalition vows to continue its fight against the 2.5 million-square-foot data center concept.
