Fleet Data Centers breaks ground on 2 facilities

Fleet Data Centers, a subsidiary of Tract Capital Management, has broken ground on two new mega-scale data center campuses, South Valley and Peru Ridge, in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, Storey County, Nevada. These projects represent a $10 billion investment and will provide a combined 400 megawatts of critical compute power. The company has also filed an application for a temporary natural gas power facility to augment NV Energy's supply during the ramp-up phase.
