Brazos County approves tax agreement for $700M RELLIS data center project | Bryan - College Station

Brazos County commissioners unanimously approved an updated tax agreement for a planned $700 million data and research center at Texas A&M University’s RELLIS Campus. The agreement transfers the developer role to ThisWay Global Inc. and will bring new tax revenue to the county, while also addressing concerns about the project's impact on local water and electricity resources.
