NV Energy accuses data center developer of hiding intentions from public

NV Energy has filed a complaint against data center developer TC, accusing the Denver-based company of concealing its true intentions from public officials regarding who will bear the costs of increased electricity demand. The utility alleges TC is not fully disclosing the infrastructure costs it creates when applying for zoning, shifting these burdens onto Nevada families and businesses. TC, however, denies these claims, stating NV Energy's complaint misstates the facts and contracts.
