The City of Gilroy investigated and refuted a resident's accusation of a California Subdivision Map Act violation concerning land for an Amazon data center. City officials concluded the 2020 lot line adjustments were compliant. The resident, Georgine Scott-Codiga, maintains the subdivision was illegal and plans to escalate her allegations to state and county legal authorities.
