Global firm sues Bradley County to build 300-acre data center$

A global developer, SDCL, has filed a lawsuit against Bradley County, Tennessee. The lawsuit challenges stringent regulations on data centers that the county enacted earlier this year. SDCL plans to build a 300-acre data center campus in the county.
