Data center-linked developer plans to buy Pittsburgh Mills Mall

Virginia-based Comstock Holding Companies plans to acquire the Pittsburgh Mills Mall, a 200-acre property in Frazer Township, Pennsylvania. Township officials said the sale remains under contract and has not been finalized, and its future use is still unclear despite Comstock's data center development activities elsewhere.
