Remington-area data center could generate $70M in taxes when complete, county official says$

A data center complex known as the Remington Technology Park, approved in 2018, could generate up to $70 million annually in local tax revenue for Fauquier County. This project is one of five proposed near Remington, with the other four still seeking approval. Additionally, the OVH Data Center complex is exempt from the county's new zoning rules aimed at restricting large data centers at Vint Hill.
