One Nuclear plans gas-fired data center near Musk’s Starbase
ONE Nuclear announced plans to build Project Cayman, a 2.88-gigawatt natural gas-fired power plant, battery storage system, and data center campus in Louisiana. The facility will be located near the RiverPlex MegaPark, between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The project aims to provide reliable on-demand electricity and will transition to nuclear power with Small Modular Reactor technology.
