Former BP CEO To Lead Prometheus Hyperscale’s $30B Wyoming Data Center Buildout
Prometheus Hyperscale, a Wyoming-based data center developer, has appointed former BP CEO Bernard Looney to lead its two $30 billion AI data center projects in Evanston and Casper. The company plans to build two 1.2-gigawatt facilities and addresses local concerns about energy and water usage by generating most of its own power and using a closed-loop geothermal cooling system.
