O R Leary Digital has released renderings for the controversial Box Elder Stratos Project, a large-scale data center. The Box Elder County Commission previously approved an agreement with the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) to allow the data center's construction in a rural area of Box Elder County, Utah.
