Switch buys more land in NLV Apex Park for $95M

Switch has acquired an additional 140 acres in Apex Industrial Park, North Las Vegas, bringing its total land holdings there to over 300 acres for potential data center development. The expansion comes as Southern Nevada faces ongoing drought conditions, leading to a recent ban on water-intensive evaporative cooling systems for data centers.
