Developer exits $750 million deal for nearly 500 acres at New River Valley Commerce Park
New River Valley LLC has allowed its contract for nearly 475 acres at the New River Valley Commerce Park to expire, ending a proposed $750 million development deal. The land is now back on the market, and the project would have been the largest development in the park's history.
