N Point Development is seeking approval to build up to 15 data centers on more than 500 hectares in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, despite opposition from residents and a city council decision blocking the project. The developer has offered $10,000 to each of roughly 4,500 households, along with $120 million for municipal services, in an effort to gain community support.
